Virtual Doula Support

Sometimes in-person support is just not possible. That does not mean that you cannot have a doula!

What is the difference between the in-person and virtual packages? All of the prenatal and postnatal meetings will be held online. You will still receive one-on-one support, education and the listening ear. You will have the same phone/e-mail/message access to your doula before and after your birth. And during labour and birth itself, you will be able to connect with your doula online or via phone, to receive coaching, affirmation, reminders and more. Will it be exactly the same as the hands-on approach? No. Is it worth it? Absolutely! 

The virtual doula package includes:

• one virtual complementary consultation, 1/2 hour long;
• three prenatal appointments, held online;
• phone/text/e-mail support during the day until the on-call period;
• 24/7 phone support during the on-call period (from 38 weeks gestation until birth);
• virtual support during the labour and birth;
• 1-2 hours of virtual support immediately after birth;
• one postpartum visit, held online.
